About

“No institution can possibly survive if it needs geniuses or supermen to manage it. It must be organized in such a way as to be able to get along under a leadership composed of average human beings”. – Peter Drucker

For more than twenty years, Robin Cope, an average human being, has helped organizations, full of average human beings, to establish measurable goals, develop projects and implement realistic action plans through thoughtfully inspired facilitation and management.   The business was formed in Bend, Oregon; relocated to The Dalles, Oregon in 2006 and to Pueblo, Colorado in 2014.    When required, Robin Cope works with other partners to provide custom services designed to meet the specific needs of each client.

While in Oregon, contract project management efforts focused on two sides of one coin – Economic Development and Workforce Development including:

Work with the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (Portland) to establish a “Start-up Eco System” in Eastern Oregon which included education, networking, mentoring and investment activities  designed to help growth companies connect to the resources they need to grow and add jobs to the economy.

Work with Regional Workforce Investment Boards to help improve the skills of job seekers and connect them to regional employers.

While in Colorado, a variety of services have been provided to the Pueblo Downtown Association, Pueblo Community College Foundation, Mosca Hooper Conservation District and Colorado Preservation Inc.

Prior to launching her business, noteworthy employers contributed to Robin Cope’s business and management experience including: The Walt Disney Company (Los Angeles, CA); Muscular Dystrophy Association (Los Angeles, CA): Realtors Association (Pueblo, CO); Home Builders Association (Springdale, AR) and the Girl Scouts of the USA (Bend, OR).
